Service Description
Setting up Reactive Dogs and owners for success in the real world. You and your dog will strengthen and develop skills in a small class of a of 2-4 dogs. Working/Training around other dogs. We will personalize/tailor and stratagize the training to simulate real–life situations. Equipment provided for use in class: Treat bag + treats Slip lead Slip long line + various items for training activities *Note: A prerequisite of this class is having already attended 1-2-1 training with Phoenix Dog Handlers Dogs in Season/Heat cannot attend class

Cancellation Policy
Refunds If you cannot attend a class that you are booked on to, you must give 24-hours notice so that the trainers know how many will be attending the class. It is possible to transfer your booking to a later date if you complete the transfer 24-hours prior to when the original class begins. If you do not give 24-hours notice to cancel, you will not be granted a refund. Female Dogs in Heat/Season We apologize for the inconvenience, but female dogs in heat may not attend class. Disruptive Dogs/Owner In order to protect all participants in a class, we reserve the right to decline entry to, or remove from class, any dog/owner who presents behavioral issues that may be deemed overly dangerous or disruptive, or that may be or exacerbated by participation in a group or class setting. Depending on the circumstance, refunds for non-participated sessions may be granted, and we may recommend our private 1-2-1 training option.
