Cancellation Policy

Cancellations All reasonable effort will be made to contact you should the class have to be cancelled. Where applicable another date may be arranged or the class fee will be refunded if alternative arrangements are not possible. Refunds If you cannot attend a class that you are booked on to, you must give 4-hours notice so that the trainers know how many will be attending the class. It is possible to transfer your booking to a later date if you complete the transfer 4-hours prior to when the original class begins. If you do not give 4-hours notice to cancel, you will not be granted a refund. Female Dogs in Heat/Season We apologize for the inconvenience, but female dogs in heat may not attend class. Disruptive Dogs/Owner In order to protect all participants in a class, we reserve the right to decline entry to, or remove from class, any dog/owner who presents behavioral issues that may be deemed overly dangerous or disruptive, or that may be or exacerbated by participation in a group or class setting. Depending on the circumstance, refunds for non-participated sessions may be granted, and we may recommend our private 1-2-1 training option, which includes behavior consulting. All dogs MUST be kept under control and on a lead when entering/leaving the premises. You are responsible for your dogs waste(excrement). Children & Young people at the class Children are always welcome at the classes – it is important that everyone is aware of how to train the dog. However, for safety and consistency in training, they must be accompanied by an adult and be well behaved. Children under 10 can only handle the dog with the supervision of a parent. Children over the age of 10 can handle their dog within the class under the supervision of a parent. Media release The owner consents to their dog being the subject of any photographs and/or audiovisual recordings taken by Phoenix Dog Handlers and their staff at the class venue. Owner agrees to let Phoenix Dog Handlers use such photographs and/or audiovisual materials for educational or promotional purposes in any form of media (e.g., photograph, video, etc.).
